Congrats to Brandon and Natalie! How cute are they?! Brandon proposed at SLS Beverly Hills amongst close friends, which we more or less re-created the following day. We spent the first part of the day at SLS shooting around the hotel then ventured over to Rodeo Dr and even were able to shoot in their friends suite at the Beverly Wilshire, which was an absolute dream! Look at that liiiight! Soooo dreamy! UGH!
It's not every day a childhood friend reaches out and asks you to photograph their wedding. I was beyond thrilled when Kaelie reached out, especially since we haven't seen each other since middle school. She and Chase met in Nashville and she somehow managed to get him out to California haha! They are so sweet and so perfect for one another! I really enjoyed walking around Los Rios street with them while Chase goofed off and Kaelie modeled away. We even grabbed their favorite coffee and my favorite chai from Hidden House after the shoot. It was a warm autumn day in the village - perfect for an engagement session. Carrie and Francesco are both models and had each booked a shoot with me, but also wanted some shots together. Little did I know, they've been talking about marriage, so it turned into a bit of an engagement shoot. We wandered around West Village and captured their love, which is endless and true. Being around these two, you see what true love looks like. Enjoy!
It was one of the busiest weekends out there - Labor Day weekend. Our great thought - shoot at the beach on Labor Day! It was madness, but we did our best to avoid the crowds. These two were troopers and the photos wound up gorgeous. They didn't even have the ring yet, but they were engaged and wanted to get their photos done before the big day on October 8th! Enjoy!
