Destination Elopement On The East Coast: Elopement Photographer

Allie and Tim had such a unique and beautiful wedding experience with not just one special day but two! These two decided to elope in Fort Bragg in July of 2021 and then have a traditional wedding celebration the following July in Maine. This is truly what I mean when I tell all my clients to do exactly what you dream of your wedding day looking like. Even if that means TWO wedding days!

Intimate Fort Bragg Elopement

Tim and Allie first tied the knot intimately in July of 2021 in Fort Bragg right on the waterfront. It was stunning even with the gloomy weather they both beamed in their photographs.

Allie and I actually went to elementary school together and were in the same class two years in a row. We were so close at that age but naturally grew apart as we got older, but we also kept up with one another on social media. So, capturing both of these special days for her was such an honor for me.

The second wedding in maine

A year later I reunited with Allie and Tim in Maine for the ceremony and reception with their friends and family. The ceremony was held at a unique intimate outdoor venue, Vesper Hill Children’s Chapel. The chapel was filled with natural greenery and stones from the 60’s that made it almost feel like we had been taken back in time. It also made for stunning photos of the bridal party and the newlyweds.

Allie’s Vision Brought To Life

Allie had shared her vision for her wedding day and said “I want to look back on this day and always love the choices I made regarding the aesthetics, so nothing extremely trendy.” She opted for a casual and romantic vibe with a rustic touch. The day was just that and the team brought her vision to life so well. Lots of vibrant flowers covered both the ceremony and reception, delicate details, and beautiful centerpieces brought everything together. It was such a beautiful day!

Reception At Primo + Farm To Table

The reception was at the incredible Primo restaurant and one of my favorite experiences of the whole day. Primo is a farm to table dining experience and even had a tour to check out the animals they had on site which was so cool! I think all the guests also loved being able to see the chefs cooking right in front of them.

Not only was the food *chefs kiss,* the property Primo is on was stunning. Tons of land with wild flower fields, a rustic barn for the reception space, and a vintage swing made for immaculate backdrops all night long.
