This engagement session was extra special for Alex & Fabio because they were actually on vacation visiting from Canada! They stayed in LA and ubered down to Laguna Beach for our session. They loved visiting so much, they decided to come visit every 2-3 years as their family grows. I mean who wouldn’t want to come visit Laguna Beach every year?

Laguna Beach is one of my favorite places on the planet & not only for its picturesque view. Laguna is home to some of the most beautiful beaches, perfect weather year round, delicious restaurants, and live music! Let’s Talk Engagement Photo Style
Alex & Fabio’s engagement photos look gorgeous, but I know that their style elevated this shoot to the next level. When planning your engagement session make sure to not skip out on planning your outfits as well. Try to pick colors that coordinate with your partner & stand out against your background. Alex & Fabio's first outfit was a chic look with a white dress for her & a classy button up with black pants for him. They had an outfit change for the second half of our session, a classic California style with a laid back look with white tee’s & blue jeans. The white looked stunning against the ocean background.
Orange County Engagement Photographer
I told ya I was gonna give you some Laguna Beach recommendations from an Orange County local, let’s get into it! Some of my favorite beaches with gorgeous views are 1,000 step beach, Shaw’s Cove, and Crescent Beach. These are all a bit more private than Laguna main beach. Looking for a rooftop bar to grab some apps & drinks at? Check out Skyloft or Rooftop Lounge. These both have live music on the weekends as well. Restaraunts with an incredible menu are endless in Laguna Beach, but some of my favs are Mozambique, Nick’s, & The Deck.
