A WRAP ON 2018!!!

Wooooooo! 2018! You were freaking great! All of you are freaking great, too! Thankful! That’s the best word to describe how i feel about 2018 - thankful. Another successful year for me and this is really only year 2 for weddings. I worked with some of the best couples this year and again was able to travel the world! I photographed couples in LA, OC, London, New York, Minneapolis, New Jersey, Canada, Tucson, Palm Springs, and Santa Barbara! Cheers to 2018! Check out some of my favorites from this year!! Brandon + Natalie: Beverly Hills Engagement

A BEVERLY HILLS PROPOSAL + ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Congrats to Brandon and Natalie! How cute are they?! Brandon proposed at SLS Beverly Hills amongst close friends, which we more or less re-created the following day. We spent the first part of the day at SLS shooting around the hotel then ventured over to Rodeo Dr and even were able to shoot in their friends suite at the Beverly Wilshire, which was an absolute dream! Look at that liiiight! Soooo dreamy! UGH!

A HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE AT THE GREAT PARK

I was so excited when John texted me asking if I was available to photograph his proposal. We worked together at In N Out for years, so I felt beyond honored to be a part of such an important moment of his life. We all met at The Great Park to go on a hot air balloon ride. He wanted to go up in the balloon then propose later with candles, or so I had thought. We made it back down and I asked them to do a quick shot with the full balloon showing in the background. I turned away for half a second and he was already down on one knee. I was so glad there was a crowd behind me getting excited because I would have missed it otherwise. I couldn't be anymore stoked for these two! Congrats!! Enjoy!

A BEACHFRONT MARRIAGE PROPOSAL

These two are amazing! They are so so sweet! Let me tell you, this was planned SO last minute, like an hour or two before the actual shoot. Another photographer posted she was no longer available to shoot their proposal, but wanted to help him find a new photographer. I reached out assuming he'd already found someone or had already proposed, but guess what! He hadn't proposed and honestly had nearly lost hope in actually proposing with a photographer there to capture it. Turns out I was a God send! We planned to meet an hour later in Laguna Beach at the Montage where he would tell her they were doing family photos. We started with the two of them and as soon as I had my focus, he got down on one knee and well... I'll let the photos do the talking! It was so precious! Look out for the engagement session soon!
